in an exploration of Tocai Friulano - a white wine grape from
the Friuli region in northern Italy. Steve will pour and discuss
a number of winemaking experiments, comparing and contrasting
the newly released Palmina 2007 Tocai Friulano with lots fermented
in a variety of different ways.
You’ll finish with the newly released
2007 Tocai Friulano made in the traditional Palmina style,
complete with a Piemonte style brunch!
