Santa Barbara Uncorked

In our annual Santa Barbara Uncorked event, we bring the world’s premier wine professionals to Santa Barbara County to personally experience and be educated about the unique wines and appellations of this area in the fun, relaxed atmosphere that defines our region.

Starting with a kick-off dinner at a local winery, then a full day of wine-tasting at a vineyard in each of the three Santa Barbara appellations: Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Maria Valley and Sta. Rita Hills. These tastings are focused on grape sources of wines we produce rather than location of our wineries. There's then a Live Auction of case goods and then the day closes with Dinner and a Poker party.

Sommeliers are invited after being nominated by a member winery - if you would like to be invited to Santa Barbara Uncorked, please contact one of the wineries or the Vintners' Association office.
