Grimm’s Bluff itself is a dedication to quality, heritage, and place. Founded by Rick and Aurora Grimm in 2010, Grimm’s Bluff was built with the intention of making premium wine through the respect of time and process. Sitting 300 ft above the Santa Ynez riverbed, the Estate consists of 16.5 acres of Demeter certified, biodynamically farmed Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. With the guidance of Paul Lato as head winemaker, the wines produced are a tribute to the Old World with both their character and finesse.
