Sevtap Winery came onto the Santa Ynez Valley wine scene in 2008 with only a few hundred cases of handcrafted Bordeaux-style wines, produced with fruit from several prominent vineyards throughout the Central Coast. By 2010 production had tripled, and the doors to Sevtap Winery’s tasting room opened in downtown Solvang.
Art’s constant desire to learn more about different grapes and their characteristics and personalities led him to discover his love for Bordeaux varietals, which he uses to create innately simple yet delicious wines.
