Cimarone wines are made exclusively using estate organically grown grapes from our family owned Three Creek Vineyard located in the beautiful Happy Canyon region of the Santa Ynez Valley. We grow highly acclaimed Syrah and specialize in Bordeaux and Tuscan varietals. Meticulous low yield, sustainable farming using organic techniques produces grapes of the finest quality. As a new vineyard, we have assembled a top-tier vineyard management and winemaking team to produce notable Cimarone wines.
