A pathway of complexity, Labyrinth is focused on small batch production of Pinot Noir from the Santa Maria Valley. The Labyringh philosophy is to highlight the elegant, complex nuances of Pinot Noir and promote the distinct flavor profiles of individual vineyards. Owner and winemaker, Ariki Hill, has been passionate about Pimot Noir for over twenty years. Labyrinth produces Pinot Noir from three different vineyards - Valley Farm Vineyard and Viggers Vineyard, both located in Australia’s Yarra Valley and Bien Nacido Vineyard situated in Santa Maria Valley - because Ariki believes that each vineyard will produce distinctive expressions of New World Pinot Noir.
