We specialize in producing exceptional, small fermentation lot, hand-crafted, artisanal wines reflecting the finest characteristics and expressions of our vineyard, located in Los Olivos, California. Oak Savanna Vineyard produces outstanding, limited production Chardonnay and Syrah, under the supervision of our winemaker, Andrew Murray. Andrew works closely with our vineyard manager, Felipe Hernandez, to select the best possible fruit for our hand-crafted wines. Andrew adheres to the notion that fine wines are made in the vineyard, and then, once in the cellar, they are "merely taken care of." The wines are crafted with as few inputs as possible, and great care is taken to make sure that no character is lost. The resulting wines speak volumes in their aromas and flavors of the beautiful place that is Oak Savanna Vineyard.
