 Vogelzang Vineyard
Vogelzang Vineyard is planted in the newly acquired appellation of Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara. This unique area has proven to show site specificity for Bordeaux varietals with its weather patterns and gravely loam soil. The viticulture practices, monitored by the team of Coastal Vineyard Care, guarantee that the most advanced technical practices guide the vine and the ground. Vogelzang Vineyard consistently produces the quality expected of its Sauvignon Blancs, Cabernets and Bordeaux blenders.
Vogelzang , founded in 1998 is a supplier of high quality grapes .The company’s operations are divided into two groups: grapes and grape sales, and wine production. The vineyard has 77 producing acres in the Happy Canyon Appellation of Santa Barbara. The varietals produced are Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdo, Cabernet Franc, Viogner, Syrah, Grenache Noir and Mourvedre.
Vogelzang Vineyard Wines is excited to offer two estate wines: a distinctive Sauvignon Blanc and a Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as a Pinot Noir from Sta. Rita Hills.
