Many specialize in a varietal – the famous Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs, Syrahs and Sauvignon Blancs of the County, as well as boutique lots of unique wines like Albariño, Tocai Friulano, Mourvedre, Grenache Blanc, Nebbiolo and Dornfelder.
