Presqu’ile Winery is excited to welcome Reverend Tall Tree with The Ruben Lee Dalton Band to the Presqu’ile Amphitheater on Saturday, July 25. Local and seasonally inspired food will be available from The Pairing Knife and Valle Fresh Tacos. While Presqu’ile has abundant seating in its beautiful amphitheater, please feel free to bring your own chairs, blankets, etc.
The evening kicks off with The Ruben Lee Dalton Band, who will be playing favorite songs from their album, “A Night Like This.” All of the songs were written by Ruben Lee Dalton (also known as Bruce Schmidt) and were produced by Bear Erickson, incorporating different generations and styles of music from across the country: Rock, Reggae, Cajun, Ballads, Americana, and more.
The Reverend Tall Tree are one of the most exciting new acts in Los Angeles. Reverend Tall Tree plays original Blues and American Roots music in the tradition of Little Walter, Howlin' Wolf, Bo Diddley, and others. Reverend Tall Tree (also known as singer/songwriter Chris Pierce) is an internationally acclaimed musician and performer. In addition to his own headlining tours, he has opened worldwide shows and tours for such artists as B.B. King, Al Green, Toots and the Maytals, Jon Butcher, Sonia Dada, Seal, Aaron Neville, Beth Hart and Robert Cray.
