Photography Services Needed - World of Pinot Noir
Request for Proposal (RFP) Photography Services For March 1-3, 2018
The Scope The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select an experienced professional photographer to photograph the people, places, events and attractions of the 2018 World of Pinot Noir (WOPN) held March 1-3 at the Bacara Resort & Spa, in Goleta, California. Photos will be used to support the organization’s brand campaign efforts, will be shared with media, displayed on social media and showcase the people and the diversity of experiences, celebrations, dinners, seminars and grand tastings available throughout the weekend-long, seaside event.
About WOPN WOPN, a non-profit trade organization, was established in 2001 by a small, dedicated group of winemakers from California’s Central Coast. The group’s mission is to bring together the world’s foremost Pinot Noir producers, and in a gorgeous setting, celebrate the delicious wine grape. To learn more, please visit worldofpinotnoir.com.
The Event Held on March 1-3 throughout the seaside property of the Bacara Resort & Spa in Goelta, just 5 miles north of Santa Barbara, the entire event – including two grand tastings, a charity auction, seminars and several of focused Pinot Noir-pairing lunches (including a poolside Rosé party) and dinners – sees close to 3,000 attendees. In total, more than 200 wineries from around the globe pour their world-class Pinot Noirs during the weekend.
