Folded Hills is a 600-acre working ranch and organic farm in the Santa Ynez Valley, 40 minutes from Santa Barbara and named 2026 USA Winery of the Year. Taste estate-grown wine at the Homestead, feed farm animals and pick fresh produce at the Farmstead, or book a Private Experience to meet George the camel, Zazu the zebra, and Clydesdales Gus and Dolph out on the ranch.

Homestead Tasting Room

Farmstead
Feed the Highland cow, miniature donkeys, goats, Kunekune pigs, and llama, or pick your own fruit and vegetables, whatever’s in season. Open weekends, 12:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Private Experiences
Book private time on the Ranch, tailored to what you want to see. Meet George the camel, Zazu the zebra, and our Clydesdales, walk the vineyard, or stop at the lake dock for a glass of wine. Experiences range from a guided hike to an off-road Polaris tour with a personal wine steward, all built around your group. Up to 6 guests, by reservation.
