Stolpman Vineyards produces Syrah, Roussanne, Grenache, and Sangiovese from its Limestone vineyard in Ballard Canyon AVA. Petite Sirah, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc are also grown and produced in limited quantities. 20 year veteran vineyard manager Ruben Solorzano organically dry farms the vines for balanced concentration and a healthy ecosystem. The vineyard also supports a polyculture including 5 acres of olive trees for extra virgin olive oIl and a 14 acre rotating vegetable farm.
Winemaker Sashi Moorman natively ferments Stolpman wines in small lot concrete and stainless steel tanks without manipulation. Stolpman wines are internationally distributed with limited production lots only available at our tasting rooms. Appointments can be made in advance to tour the vineyard property while the Los Olivos tasting room is open to the public 7 days a week. Our on-site winery tasting room in Lompoc is open Fri-Sun.
